Clinic Policy

HOLLY BROWS kindly reserves the right to refuse any cosmetic tattooing service to anyone deemed NOT A SUITABLE CANDIDATE for the procedure.

After referring to all points in this section it is very important that you confirm that you are suitable before making your booking.  Failing to do so, and turning up on the booking day will result in you unfortunately being turned away. (As regrettably I will not be able to perform the treatment and wont have been able to fill the appointment time with another client.)

Less than 72 hours notice of cancellation of your appointment may incur a cancellation fee. â€‹ Appointments with at least 72hours notice can be rescheduled, (however a rebooking fee may apply.) No shows may not be rebooked. (Unless special circumstances prevail.) All services are non-refundable.

Should you breach any terms contained on our website, consent forms or any provided information we reserve the right to end our engagement and contact with you at any time.

At the discretion of Holly Brows, should we deem that your communications with our team or any form of publications about Holly Brows becomes inappropriate, unacceptable, abusive or harassing we reserve the right to end our engagement and contract with you at any time and have the right to request you to remove yourself, content or anything that is deemed offensive in any nature. 

 

Due to small treatment space it is a STRICT requirement that you do not bring anyone along to your appointment please.

Credit transaction will incur a 2% surcharge.

ZipPay will incur a 5% surcharge
